Once you have created the event, you can collect the signature of the caregiver. If there is a Supervision event, you can also collect the signature of the Supervisee provider. In order to do both, you only need to click on the required box (Caregiver or Supervision). Then in the next window, you can type the Name and sign above in the box.
Once you signed, you hit Sign/Sign & Close.
